Noel Wien Public Library

As of May 1, 2023 Noel Wien Library is closed for renovations. A temporary location has been available at the Joy Community Center since June 1, 2023 and will close at the end of the business day on Saturday, March 16 so staff may prepare the renovated library for reopening. Beginning Monday, March 18, library staff will begin the move back to Noel Wien Library. Later that week, the collection will be moved back. In the Interim, the North Pole Branch Library will act as the main library branch with continued expanded hours. Patrons may browse and pick up holds there or at a regularly-scheduled Bookmobile stop at various locations throughout the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
