The East Los Angeles College Libraries promote student learning and faculty teaching by providing relevant print, audio-visual and electronic resources, information competency instruction, and educational technology to meet student, staff, and faculty's information needs. The Monterey Park campus library was dedicated in the memory of Dr. Helen Miller Bailey on Friday, May 30, 1980. The South Gate Campus Library is located at 2340 Firestone Blvd. in South Gate, CA 90280. The library is located in Room 115 of the South Gate Campus.
