About

Independent, image-rich research library geared to artists, community activists, researchers and readers. We serve people interested in accessing and reusing research resources not commonly available in most libraries, and focus on underrepresented communities, topics and narratives. Come and explore during our open hours (which change from month to month and are shown on our website). We are three blocks south of San Francisco Public Library's main branch, but have no connection with them and do not loan books. San Francisco Public Library also has faster and better wireless Internet service.
