Elsie the Little Free Mobile Library Charter #134624 is owned and operated by the Melissa Rippy Agency. Elsie was created as another way for the Rippy Agency to serve the community and is intended for low-income individuals, families, schools, communities and non-profits. Elsie is located in the Brighton Pavilions, just north of the AMC movie theater. She is open Monday - Friday 9-5 and occasionally on the weekends. She has books for the whole family. Stop by to grab a bag full and say hi!
