The Jeff Maxwell Branch of the Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System is located in the Old Savannah district of Augusta. Being in close proximity to a high school and neighborhood, Maxwell Branch Library is focal point of the community that it serves. Maxwell Branch provides free access to a significant collection of books, DVDs, online databases, hotspots, Chromebooks, public computer areas, which allow the general public access to the internet and a host of classes and programs for all ages. The facility is also WiFi friendly, which allows patrons to bring their laptops and access the internet in addition to using the library computers.
