Roachdale-Franklin Township Public Library is part of the Evergreen Library Consortia. Residents of Franklin Township may obtain their free library card at the Roachdale-Franklin Township Public Library. All other Putnam County residents should apply for their library card at the Putnam County Library located in Greencastle, Indiana. Once you obtain your card, you may use it at either location (plus a large number of other Evergreen libraries in Indiana). We are also part of the OverDrive digital library consortia (utilizing the Libby App) for books, movies, magazines, and more.
