Residents and property owners in the town limits of Roanoke are eligible for a card. Fill out an application; present proof of residency- a driver’s license and/or utility bill with your current Roanoke address; and you will receive a library card at no charge. Non-residents of the Town of Roanoke may obtain a library card for an annual fee of $55. Free student cards are available-contact the Roanoke Elementary Principal. Part of the Evergreen Indiana system, the Roanoke Evergreen Indiana library card is acceptable at over 125 public libraries in Indiana. Can’t find what you’re looking for at the library or through Evergreen Indiana? The library is a member of SRCS. SRCS, Indiana’s Statewide Remote Circulation Service.
