Silver City Library is more than a simple puplic library. Founded in 1921, our rural library represents many years of community effort and persistence to continue to thrive. We serve a small community and surrounding communities with services that are not always available to all. Our library is a source of reading, learning, computer services, crafting expression, and a safe and fun place for all. It is the place where youth meets, receives assistance with homework if necessary, utilizes our computers, meets with friends and learns more about their own community. We are a gathering place for all patrons of all ages. Stop by, have a cup of coffee, and see what our library can offer you!
