The Springmier Community Library is the public library for the City of Tiffin. The City of Tiffin and the Clear Creek Amana Community School District currently participate in a 28e Agreement to help bring library services to all patrons. The Springmier Community Library is located on the second floor of the Clear Creek Amana Middle School. Please enter the building from the west side entrance.
