Memorial Hall Library (MHL) is the public library serving Andover, Massachusetts. MHL provides books, periodicals, CDs, DVDs, downloadable and streaming media, public computers, a makerspace, cultural programs and concerts to serve the informational, educational and recreational needs of our patrons. Our goal is to provide you with maximum access to the universe of information in a customer-friendly way. And we are renovating our indoor and outdoor space to enhance our role as the primary community gathering place in the heart of Andover for citizens of all ages.
