The Birthing Heirs service area resource library was created to be a sustainable way to support Doulas. Often training and certification books are one of the financial barriers Doulas face as numerous books are needed to be purchased during the certification period. This is one of the barriers the resource library overcomes. By creating a library of resources, Birthing Heirs will continually be able to offer support and resources for doulas and doulas in training. Who (Doulas) we are: Doulas can provide physical and emotional support regarding pain management, mobility, positioning and coping during labor; and physical and emotional support for other reproductive experiences.”'
