Finkelstein Memorial Library – Your Local Public Library in Spring Valley, New York. Founded in 1917, Finkelstein Memorial Library is a vibrant community hub serving the East Ramapo Central School District and the greater Rockland County area. We proudly offer free access to a wide range of materials, including books for all ages, DVDs, audiobooks, music CDs, and more. As a community-focused library, we provide educational programs, classes, and events for children, teens, and adults, fostering lifelong learning for all.
