Norwood Public Library is a Special Legislative District Library chartered to serve residents in the Towns of Potsdam and Stockholm within the Norwood Norfolk Central School District. Norwood Public Library is located in the village of Norwood in St. Lawrence County, New York. As a member of the North Country Library System, our library shares resources with 65 libraries in St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Lewis, and Oswego counties. Our mission is to assure effective, expanding free library services for the residents of the Library District through educational, informational, and cultural resources and activities.
