About
Founded in 1908, the Apollo Memorial Library is the oldest library in Armstrong County. It serves the residents of Apollo, North Apollo, and the surrounding areas. Our library offers a collection of approximately 30,000 books. Local newspapers and popular magazines are available in addition to audio books, and DVDs. Patrons may also download e-books and audiobooks by visiting the Overdrive website or downloading the mobile app. We also participate in the ACCESS Pennsylvania network, which allows our patrons to borrow materials from participating libraries across the state. The Apollo Memorial Library's mission is to promote literacy and lifelong learning while meeting changing community needs.
