CLP – West End is the second Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh location to open to the city of Pittsburgh. This Library recently received historic designation from the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation and is credited with holding the first children’s storytime in Pittsburgh and possibly the country.
