J Clarence Kelly Library

About

The J. Clarence Kelly Library is located on the Penn State Greater Allegheny campus. While the primary focus of the Kelly Library team is to serve PSUGA students, staff, and faculty, the library's collections are also available to community members who register for a free resident borrower card. The lower level of the library is occupied by the John H. Gruskin Learning Center and the Center for Academic and Career Excellence (ACE).
