Worthington West Franklin Community Library serves Worthington Borough, West Franklin Township and surrounding areas. It is a public state-municipal-supported library and is part of the New Castle District, which encompasses four counties (Armstrong, Butler, Lawrence and Mercer). Located in the same building is a used bookstore, End-of-Hall Library Bookstore (6,000+ books & seasonal decor, etc.) administered by the library, with the same hours as the library.
