Hidden Prairie Ranch is a commercial family-owned operation that is involved in almost every aspect of the cattle industry. We retain our own heifers, have sold calves off the cow, backgound calves, finish calves out, sell cattle on a grid system, and run yearlings on grass. This being said we have the opportunity to see first hand what genetics work in all these different situations. We put an emphasis on maternal traits while seeking to keep a balance on all other traits that add profit. Our biggest goal for you as a customer is for our cattle to add overall profitability to your operation.
