About
East Travis Gateway Library District in Del Valle, Texas, consists of two library branches: one in Elroy and one in Garfield. Together they are called the Del Valle Libraries. Elroy Library at 13512 FM 812 has been in operation for Elroy and the surrounding community since 1983. Garfield Library at 5121 Albert Brown Drive opened June 7, 2010 (as of December 2018, there no longer is a restaurant sharing the building)
