Tom Green County Library System's Stephens Central is located in beautiful downtown San Angelo, across from the courthouse and the Wells Fargo building. We feature three floors of books, audio books, board games, and DVDs; as well as Helen's Bistro Bakery, a state-of-the-art makerspace, an active children's department, helpful information department, printer/copier centers, the Teen Republic, a 3,000 sq ft community room, and rooftop terrace.
