Located on the grounds of the Loudoun County courthouse in historic Leesburg, the Law Library is a public library serving the legal information needs of the public as well as legal professionals. Public access to legal information is a critical component of an open and equal justice system. Our mission is to provide appropriate access to accurate and practical legal information to anyone who needs it. We have online legal databases, such as Westlaw, as well as forms and templates for common legal and business needs. Our services include: • Reference and research assistance • Attorney referral information for pro se litigants • Free WiFi • Public computers • Free public notary • Work tables and charging stations • Printing and copying
