Hedberg Public Library (HPL) is a service of the City of Janesville and is a member of Prairie Lakes Library System, which serves Racine, Rock, and Walworth counties in southeast Wisconsin. HPL builds community by providing inviting spaces to discover, share, create and connect. We strive to create an informed, connected, engaged community through library services. DISCOVER. SHARE. CREATE. CONNECT. HPL offers a diverse collection, access to free resources and expert help, public computers and WiFi, spaces to study and collaborate, as well as free programs and events.
